By answering a few simple questions about your business, our election playbook toolkit will write a playbook bespoke to your business needs and risk tolerance. The toolkit provides concrete, nonpartisan actions your company can take, along with templates for a variety of documents, including public statements, letters to election officials and more. It’s free, easy to use, and requires no registration.

Concern is real: most Americans are already worried about the integrity of the 2026 midterms (Kettering–Gallup, 2026). Businesses have a role, and the window to act is now.

The CEO Center of The Conference Board calls on business leaders to support trusted elections

Ahead of the 2026 midterms, The CEO Center is asking business leaders to act in four areas: encourage nonpartisan civic participation, support election integrity and transparency, respect the rule of law and lawful election outcomes, and support the officials and poll workers who run our elections. “Confidence in our elections and confidence in our markets go together,” said David K. Young, President of The CEO Center.

BRTAT’s view: We welcome this effort, and hope it encourages other business organizations to issue similar statements or letters.

A note on how to use this. Everything here is built to be nonpartisan and pro-process. Before you publish anything, verify each state-specific fact against the official sources linked above, and keep the message about protecting the process rather than any outcome. When in doubt, lead with the economic case: stable, trusted elections are the ground every business decision stands on.
